Since 2000, our goal is to truly make a difference in our community by helping those who need it most.

History
PFFC started out small. We had lost one of our firefighters, so the Peoria Fire family started taking out of their own paychecks to assist his family. When they weren't in need of our financial support anymore, we had the idea to keep going to make a difference in our community. That's when Peoria Firefighters Charities was born.

We've been able to accomplish so much throughout the years, and we are just getting started. We have events every year that we put on ourselves, as well as help out with other community events, book readings at the elementary schools, toy drives, and even scholarship programs!

We've raised thousands of dollars fo many different organizations, such as; The American Cancer Society, Reba's Vision, The Muscular Dystrophy Association and many more.

We've been serving our community for over a decade, but we feel as if we are just getting started.

scholarships gifted
We've been able to gift 22 scholarships to assist Peoria HS District Seniors. We hope to grow our scholarship program even more within the next few years.
Our Programs

SCHOLARSHIPS
Each year, our goal is to provide two students who are Peoria area seniors with the Johnny Valentine Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,500 for any student wishing to attend College .
The second scholarship is the general education scholarship in the amount of $1,000. It may be used at any university, community college, or vocational school.

CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE
Each year we host a toy drive. We collect toys over the course of a few months, then we have volunteers sort through all the toys so we can deliver them to families in need on Christmas Eve. Applications are now open until December 20th 2024. All applications are available at the Peoria Fire Medical Department Administration Building. Located at 8351 W. Cinnabar Ave. Peoria Az 85345.
FIRE IT UP CAR SHOW

We host an annual car show each . This event is a FREE family fun event
